Benelvolence Committee

Mission Statement

Our mission is to support our members during their time of need. Not only from a financial standpoint but also to encourage the spiritual growth and development of the church. We also assist non-members in need by supplying the basic necessities of life.

The Benevolence Committee has several responsibilities such as: assisting the needy,
responding to the emergency needs of the church and community, providing food for the hungry, and assisting with shelter for the homeless.

Helping the Hurting

The Benevolence Committee provides financial support and assistance to the sick and to the bereaved. In the event of illness, this team is relied upon to assist with costs that may be overwhelming due to the illness of a family member. In addition, in the event of the loss of a family member, this team will assist with expenses related to that loss.
